Anjali Halabe serves as the Assistant Treasurer of the West Virginia University Innovation Corporation, overseeing the day-to-day business and fiscal operations and assisting the Treasurer with corporate fiduciary and financial functions.
Anjali also serves as the Assistant Vice President of Finance at West Virginia University, managing the Institutional Accounting, Reporting and Analysis, Tax Services and Risk Management units. In addition, Anjali serves as the Assistant Treasurer of the WVU Research Corp.
Anjali has served in various leadership roles in the Finance Division since her initial employment at WVU in 2000. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant with a significant amount of experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, the design and implementation of internal accounting control systems and processes, risk assessment and management, and higher education tax matters. Anjali also has extensive experience in the banking industry and holds master’s degrees from both WVU and the University of Massachusetts.
